What To Know Before You Book
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and festivals. Rush bookings are welcome when our schedule allows.
Do you bring the blank garments or do we provide them?
Most live events work best when we source the blanks so sizing, decoration, and production speed are controlled. We can review client-provided blanks case by case.
How many pieces can you produce per hour?
Production depends on decoration type, design complexity, and garment choice. We’ll estimate throughput as part of your custom quote.
What is the minimum event size?
We can support smaller activations, but live decoration is usually most efficient when there are enough guests to keep the station active.
Can we customize the design for our specific event?
Yes. Event-specific artwork, sponsor marks, dates, locations, and themed designs are all possible with enough lead time for proofing.
Do you travel outside of Austin?
Yes. Travel is available for select events and is included in the custom quote based on location, schedule, and setup needs.
